LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED. This is a draft that describes how Huddle works today. It has not been reviewed by an attorney and is not yet in force.
Version 0.1 · Not yet in effect · Updated 2026-10-07
Huddle respects the rights of others and expects creators to do the same. This page says how to report content you think infringes your rights.
Report an infringement
Send the following to the contact below:
- Who you are and how to reach you.
- What work you own or represent, and how to identify it.
- Where the content is: the pack name, question and the page or link.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized.
- A statement that the information is accurate, and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them.
- Your signature (typed is fine).
What happens next
- We review the report and may hold or remove the content while we do.
- We may tell the creator who was reported, with the details of the notice.
- Creators can respond. Repeat infringers lose the ability to publish and may lose their accounts.
- Knowingly false reports can have legal consequences and may lead to action on your account.
Creators: what we expect
- You must have the rights to every text, image, audio clip or other work you add or link.
- AI generation doesn't guarantee originality. Pack Check and "rights statements" are your declarations and our review aids. They don't verify ownership.
- We may review and remove content. Buying or using a pack doesn't transfer the underlying ownership.
